CantaHub ("we", "our", or "us") is a marketing automation platform for founders. Our platform is accessible at www.cantahub.com. For privacy inquiries, contact us at info@cantahub.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account information (name, email address) when you sign up via Clerk
- Workspace data including contacts, sequences, and campaigns you create
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Usage data and analytics to improve the platform
- Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the CantaHub platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, onboarding)
- To respond to your comments and support requests
- To monitor platform security and prevent fraud
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in isolated workspaces on Neon Postgres (SOC 2 Type II compliance in progress). All connections are encrypted via TLS. We never share your contact data with third parties or other workspaces. API keys are stored as salted hashes — we cannot recover them.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Neon — database hosting
- SendGrid / Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — infrastructure and hosting
- Anthropic — AI generation features (Claude)
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes (typically 7 years for financial records).
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions (managed by Clerk) and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app banner. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
